I’ve been (pretty) regularly running Marijuana Movie Night for the past ten years. I’ve bounced around Southern California from San Diego to Los Angeles to San Pedro. What a long, strange, baked trip it’s been. I look forward to a legal future of cannabis for the country! But regardless of the low analytics of the site or the film industry at a standstill due to the Coronavirus, I go back to why I love my own site so much. Even if you are not getting paid to do what you love, DO WHAT YOU LOVE! Smoke your pot and take your fucking shot. You could start doing that thing today. You don’t need new Nikes to just do it.

Like many others, I once bought dime bags and smoking out of Coke cans in my parents’ basement. Now I smoke recreational flowers with a portable vaporizer. I use to have to wait until my favorite shows aired. Now I just watch them whenever I want, wherever I want. Rules of living change all the time.

With that in mind, Marijuana Movie Night can be played anywhere you want. Smoke a joint and pick your streaming platform. Spark a bowl up and fire up that outside projector. Chomp down an edible and download what left of the new films releases with VOD. Be safe. Bogart the joint. Don’t pass the bowl. Smoke it all yourself. Get a Houseparty account and 420 it with friends and family. We’ll get to the other side of this pandemic and it we’ll get to party like it’s 1999, 2020 style. That will likely be with a face mask.
